      • Abstract

      Background:
      Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is an aggressive malignancy, and circulating tumor cells (CTCs) can predict early dissemination of tumor cells, thus monitoring relapse and predicting prognosis of advanced SCLC. Myeloid derived Suppressor Cells (MDSCs) are heterogeneous cell population and involved in tumor microenvironment. Our previous study showed CD11b+CD33+HLA-DR?
